We believe that there is always room for us to improve in order to make Iman Academy a better learning facility for your child. Our constant effort in improvement will help your child be the best that he/she can be. Therefore we have formalized a few expansion projects in order to accommodate our leaders of tomorrow.
Expansion Projects for Southeast and Southwest Campuses
Phase I SE Construction completed August 2009
New 15,000 square foot facility for SE campus that provides the following amenities:
- 7 new classrooms
- Computer Lab and Science Lab
- Library/Multipurpose Room
- Office & Teacher’s Lounge
- Clinic
Phase I of SW campus completed July 2009
A 30,000+ square foot facility for SW campus was purchased. The property includes 2 facilities on 7 acre site. Iman Academy plan to transition its current operations to this facility over the next 3-5 years. The property details are below:
- Land Size = 7 Acres
- Main Building = 29,000 S.F.
- Additional Building = 1,700 S.F.
- Green Space = 4 Acres
Future Projects
Southwest Project
Increase the square footage to 50,000 to include the following:
- 24 additional classrooms
- 2 Science Labs
- 2 Computer Labs
- Sport Facility
- Library
- Administrative Offices
- Multipurpose Rooms
- Meeting Rooms
Southeast Project
Another 15,000 Sq. Ft. building for SE campus to include the following:
- 7 additional classrooms
- Science Lab
- Multipurpose Room
- Office & Teacher’s Lounge
Future phases include a gymnasium with regulation basketball court, boys and girls locker rooms, and exercise and weight rooms and additional instructional and administrative facilities. We will also have outdoor sports facilities to support our physical education and extracurricular programs.
Phase I cost is $2.8 million including the site work and detention pond. Phase II is estimated to cost $2 million and the gymnasium would cost an additional $2 million.
